Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the use of the BGS customer portal and online payments made through it. They supplement the service contract and the invoice issued for the applicable service.
Contracting entity and BGS role
The legal entity that provides the service and issues the invoice is the BGS company identified as the issuer on your contract and invoice. Its legal name, registered details, tax identifier, service and price are shown in those documents.
BGS acts as the direct provider or authorised provider of physical security, monitoring and intervention, guard services, and technical security installation and maintenance. This portal is not a marketplace and does not act as an intermediary for unrelated third-party sellers.
Services, orders and payments
Services may include monitoring and intervention, physical guarding, alarm, access-control, video-surveillance and fire-detection systems, and related installation or maintenance. The exact scope, location, availability, price, duration and service level are those agreed in the applicable offer, order, contract and invoice.
The portal lets authorised users view invoices, make payments and manage saved payment methods. Card payments are processed by the payment provider shown during checkout. We do not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes.
Delivery and performance policy
Security services are performed at the agreed location and according to the service contract. Installation, maintenance, equipment delivery and intervention timing depend on the agreed scope, technical assessment, product availability and operational conditions. The applicable contract or confirmed order states the delivery or performance arrangements.
Cancellation policy
Requests to cancel, suspend or change a service must be sent to the issuing BGS company using the contact details in the contract or invoice. Contractual notice periods, charges for work already performed, equipment recovery and other effects are governed by the applicable contract and mandatory law.
Privacy and cookies
Personal data is handled for account access, contract administration, invoicing, payment processing, security and legal obligations. The portal uses essential session and preference cookies, plus security cookies required by reCAPTCHA. It does not use analytics, advertising or other non-essential third-party cookies. Privacy Policy
Withdrawal from a distance contract
Where a consumer has a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract, the consumer may submit a clear withdrawal declaration to BGS through the contact channel below. This does not limit any other legal or contractual cancellation right. Services already expressly requested and performed before withdrawal may be payable as permitted by law.
Complaints and applicable terms
For questions or complaints, contact the issuing BGS company using the details on the invoice or contract. Consumers may also use the ANPC and alternative dispute resolution resources in the footer. Romanian law applies where mandatory law permits.
